The installation package cost consist of:

a. CFI material = RM3.00/sq ft (retail)

b. Transport and installation charges = RM800 (for total area below 950 sq ft)

Normal standard 2-srorey terrace install and supply is around RM3,000 to RM3,500. In this case, Desa Park city community will have an entry cost from RM2,800 only.
